 Regardless of whether you have purchased a Visa Included or Visa Excluded Package, you are required to create a Visa Reservation in addition to your Tour Reservation. The responsibility in this matter belongs to the agencies.

***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the following must be observed during the Mosque Visit; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf should be provided for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following must be observed; wear sports and comfortable clothing, bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and refrain from drinking too much water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous sightseeing package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the number is below 20, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Prices may vary for extra tours depending on regional density or seasons. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• As a result of the VB process in the tour program or in cases where only the category information is provided without specifying the name, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination to be visited, and the included guide service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are accommodated before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform their guides at least 24 hours in advance about the cancellation or changes of extra tours. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary based on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted with a panoramic guide narration from inside the vehicle and do not include museum and site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may not take place due to local authorities closing sites, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if access is restricted.
• Our tour programs include a welcome by the guide at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the pick-up time specified by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are subject to availability, and variations may occur during high season or special periods. Therefore, another hotel may be provided, and a hotel name guarantee is not given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to prevent being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/used currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
• As extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD - EUR parity is applied equally.
• Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, the language skills of the guests are their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be refused entry to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline company from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility falls on the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with border police at the entry points of the country to be visited, passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or have suffered similar damage must be renewed, and if one of the countries requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the corresponding visa must be present in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In such cases, the guests bear the responsibility.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa in cases it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding passengers who are unable to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only serves as an intermediary institution. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no penalties or responsibilities. Consumers have accepted these terms by registering for the tour.
• When BTB TOURS submits a visa application on behalf of the guest to the consulate, it is necessary for the guest to verify the accuracy of the information on the granted visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typing errors in the visa that may prevent boarding.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa independently, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) generally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must consider this time and arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the fees and any other amounts paid to the consulate for the visa, within 1 week of showing that they did not use their visa by presenting their passport before the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of another visa intermediary firm and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Changes may occur in routes based on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and due to high season or special periods, the availability at hotels may vary, and therefore, another hotel may be provided. Passengers accept that they have purchased the tour by acknowledging the risk of flight time changes and hotel changes at the time of the contract.
• Triple rooms are subject to the hotel's availability. Extra bed implementations are available in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, as this will depend on the hotel's ability to provide suitable rooms.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast provided at the hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the names, surnames, birth dates, and passport numbers in the passport to be traveled. Plane tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty fees for any cancellations or changes in plane tickets resulting from incorrect information will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of fines due to not carrying insurance, the responsibility falls on the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered or exited certain countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or being unable to enter the country through the border gate for another or multiple countries, and this situation, as it is outside the control of BTB TOURS, is accepted by both parties that BTB TOURS is not responsible.
• In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not want to participate in tours conducted along the route, must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick these guests up, and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days provided their content does not change or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be realized. BTB TOURS is not responsible for the failure to conduct such tours or excursions.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and the round trip is organized under a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at the airports. These notifications must be followed by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as a round trip according to the previous item) at their own expense. Additionally, if they miss the first day's program due to missing the group's flight, the responsibility falls on the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight, the transfer from airport to city or airport to hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only perform this upgrade after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant airline company’s flight. Since the plane seats in our programs are group class, the passenger may need to pay the price difference to upgrade from group class to economy class if available. This price difference will be the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days prior to the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phone abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is activated for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely before temporarily or permanently leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the program's content, in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the names of hotels as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Passengers under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, and if traveling with their father, must obtain one from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent letters from both parents are required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be completed due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
