Costa Fascinosa with Lisbon Mediterranean

Tour details
Cruise Ship Life and Short Information Cruise ships are equipped with the latest technology; we can call them floating deluxe hotels. You can follow the daily activity schedule, which is announced every evening before the next day from the ship's newspaper. This newspaper contains all information about the day's activities, weather forecast, port calls, reservation contact details for special restaurants or spas, and a brief summary of what will happen on the ship that day. The most common language on board is English. If you are on a guided tour in Turkish, our guide will assist you with all topics from ship newsletters to restaurant menus and will prepare special newsletters for our valuable guests. When boarding the ship, you need to complete your luggage, passport, and credit card information (a deposit will be held for possible expenses) at the check-in desk located at the entrance of the ship. Your passport will be held at the start of the trip and will only be handed back at the end of the tour. After submitting your passport to the ship, you will be issued a Boarding-Card by the ship. This card serves as your passport, your cabin key, and all transactions inside the ship. The Boarding-Card contains your name, cabin number, and dining session information. There is a dress code for passengers on the ship. Since there are special events such as the captain's welcome dinner and gala night, it is requested that you bring elegant and classic clothes. The organization of activities such as the gala night and welcome dinner, as well as other special events, can be followed through the ship's newspaper, which specifies dress code details. Cruise ships have restaurants open about 20 hours a day, where you can eat something at any time. Besides the main restaurant included in your fee for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are fast food points and buffets. There are also exclusive concept restaurants such as Thai restaurant and Steak House. You can make reservations in advance for these restaurants to enjoy special meals prepared by professional chefs. Thematic restaurants are charged extra. There are many facilities and activities for families with children on the cruise. The ship has children’s pools and play centers where kids can spend their time. Cruise ships are designed by engineers to prevent swaying during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited inside your cabin and all interior areas of the ship. There are no signs restricting smoking on open decks, so you may smoke in areas with ashtrays. There are doctors and nurses on board. The ships also have accessible cabins for disabled guests.
