IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa acquisitions. It is mandatory for passports to be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems that arise from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. The passport control has the authority to deny entry to a person. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Hotels may provide an extra bed in triple rooms, so the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. Some hotels do not have a third bed application; the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale regarding these hotels included in the packages.
• Child prices are valid only if the children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0-2 age group, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the return date of the tour, and for the 3-12 age group, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the return date of the tour.
• Due to external reasons, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• If there are insufficient participants for the tour, the AGENCY will inform guests about cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the departure date. Passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.
• For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Optional tours are organized with certain participation requirements. If participation is insufficient, they may not take place. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, the prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
• Guests who do not participate in optional tours on the way will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
• In case of cancellations and changes, the "AGENCY SALES AGREEMENT" will be valid.
• During your cruise, two of the dinners you will have are formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger have at least one suit with them, and females have at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal taken on the ship to the last meal, everyone will sit in the previously designated places.
• At the time of check-in on the ship, each passenger (only one person for couples) must present their credit card or deposit cash at the ship reception when receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The Euro currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can find out all your expenses from the televisions in your cabins.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group's suitcases will be provided along with your cruise tickets. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of embarkation. This is a situation that arises from congestion and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items in a small bag to carry with you on the first day of boarding the ship.
• It is absolutely necessary to adhere to the ship's departure times. Entry to the ship must be made at the latest 60 minutes before the ship's departure at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you should collect your luggage by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabins the night before and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the exit procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS BEAR THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / SHIP.
