IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENT will assist in obtaining visas provided that passports and necessary documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the required documents for the visa in a timely and complete manner.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Immigration officers have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels, triple rooms may have an extra bed which may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may not be an extra bed application for triple occupancy. The AGENT will inform guests about such hotels during the sales process.
• Child prices are valid only on the condition that children stay in the same room and cabin with their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the application of children aged 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the return date of the tour, and for children aged 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 years old by the return date of the tour.
• The AGENT reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If there is insufficient participation for the tour, the AGENT will inform guests of the cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
• The AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure dates. Our passengers acknowledge and accept that flight details may change when purchasing the tour.
• Domestic low-cost flights include a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The AGENT reserves the right to change hotels specified in the program as long as the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized under certain participation conditions. They cannot be organized if participation is insufficient. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and new arrangements may be made.
• Guests who will not participate in optional tours along the way will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the entrance of the city.
• Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be realized. The AGENT is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In case of cancellations and changes, the "AGENT SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
• During the cruise, 2 of the evening meals you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger wishing to dine wear at least one suit, and females should have at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal taken on the ship until the last meal, everyone will sit at previously designated places.
• At check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship reception when obtaining cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The Euro currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group's bags will be provided along with your cruise tickets. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late on the first departure day. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowding and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small handbag to take with you on the first day you board the ship.
• It is imperative to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may be unable to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage and attach the tags provided to your cabins the night before and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the disembarkation process, our group will collect their luggage from the station where it is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECTS THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
