Day 1 Istanbul – Thessaloniki
On the first day of our trip, we will depart at 22:00 in front of Kadıköy Marriage Office, 22:30 in front of Mecidiyeköy Oto Ekspertiz, 23:00 in front of Bakırköy Ömür Shopping Center, and at 23:30 in front of Beylikdüzü Marmara Park, heading through Silivri – Keşan highway to reach the İpsala border gate. After passport and customs procedures, we will travel through Dedeağaç - Gümülcine - İskeçe towards Thessaloniki.
 
Day 2 Thessaloniki
Arriving in Thessaloniki in the morning, we will have a panoramic city tour covering the waterfront, White Tower, Rotunda, Exhibition Square, Ottoman and Byzantine artifacts, the largest cathedral in Greece, the Church of Saint Demetrius, the Statue of Alexander the Great, Hamza Bey Mosque, the statues of E. Venizelos - P. Konstantinos, Vardar, Macedonia, Aristotelous, and Eleftherios squares. At the end of the tour, we visit the house of our Great Leader Atatürk and transfer to our hotel. Guests can join an additional shopping tour to Thessaloniki Mega Center & Jumbo Store featuring various famous brands organized by our guide (20EUR). In the evening, guests can also join the Greek Tavern Tour organized by our guide for delicious meals, Greek music, and unlimited entertainment (65EUR). (Note: For those not joining the Taverna tour, the Thessaloniki evening transfer round trip cost is 15EUR per person.) Overnight stay at our hotel.
Breakfast: Extra breakfast will be available on the way. Options may include soup, breakfast platter, borek, and brewed tea.
Lunch: During free time in Thessaloniki City Center, it will be available extra. Recommendation from the guide would be seafood at the waterfront fish restaurants.
Dinner: Guests can optionally join the extra Taverna Tour.

Day 3 Thessaloniki – Kalambaka – Athens
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave Thessaloniki to head towards Athens. On the way, guests can join an optional Kalambaka (Meteora) tour organized by the guide. (45 EUR) (This tour can only be realized if all participants join) We will go to Kalambaka, known as the Cappadocia of Greece, where we will witness the monasteries that were carved into the rocks by monks years ago, which are still active today. After some free time in Kalambaka city center, we will continue our journey to Athens. Once we arrive in Athens, we will check into our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Athens. Guests may optionally participate in the extra Athens by Night and famous Piraeus Port tour organized by the guide. (20 EUR)

Lunch: This will be during free time in Kalambaka and will be available as an extra.
Dinner: This will be during free time in Athens and will be available as an extra.

Day 4 Athens
After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a city tour of Athens. During this tour, we will see the Agora, the Temple of Zeus, the Parliament Building, Syntagma - Omonia Squares, the Presidential Palace, Prime Minister's Residence, Historical Olympic Stadium, National Gallery, War Museum, Panepistimiou Boulevards, National Library, and Academy of Athens panoramically. After the panoramic tour, guests who wish can participate in the optional Acropolis tour, one of the world's most famous archaeological sites (35 EUR entrance fee not included). After the Acropolis tour, guests who wish can also join the additional Corinth Canal tour organized by our guide (40 EUR). In this tour, we will cross one of the world's most famous canals and go to the point where the canal meets the sea to watch the passing ships. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. In the evening, guests have the opportunity to join the extra Greek Tavern tour organized by our guide, featuring delicious meals, Greek music, and unlimited entertainment (55 EUR).

Lunch: This will be during free time in Kalambaka and will be available as an extra.
Dinner: This will be during free time in Athens and will be available as an extra.

Day 5 Athens-Kavala-Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and meet with the vehicle. We will travel for approximately 8 hours through Lamia, Trikala Road to reach Kavala and take a panoramic city tour. Highlights include Water Aqueducts, the Port, Castle, 19th-century Neoclassical buildings, Pangia, Old and New Town, Acropolis, Lighthouse, Churches of Saint Nicholas and Teodoro Kimissi, and the warehouse and statue of Kavalalı Mehmet Ali Pasha. After the tour, we will have free time for lunch. After gathering, we will pass through the towns of İskeçe & Gümülcine & Dedeağaç, which are in the Western Thrace region, and head towards the İpsala border gate. After completing passport and customs procedures, we will return to Istanbul, following the Keşan – Tekirdağ – Silivri road. After a kebab stop in Tekirdağ, we will arrive at the starting points in Istanbul in the evening, concluding the program.

Dinner: This will be during free time in Kavala and will be available as an extra.

Need to Know
- Participants must have a Schengen visa valid for the entire duration of the tour. (Holders of Green Passports are exempt from the visa requirement.) - Guests who wish to purchase the Gala Dinner extra for our New Year tours must pay the Gala Dinner fee at the time of booking. - To shop and spend money in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay requirement of 3 days in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic drinks with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic drinks with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg - Guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown. - Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will apply; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty will apply. Documents submitted with a cancellation request, such as hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey, unfortunately will not be accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without naming specific hotels in the tour program and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the departure date of the tour. - Triple rooms are allocated according to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, tour participants booking for a third person and/or child are deemed to have acknowledged the possible cramped conditions and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child, in the relevant age group, staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction to the cities, conducted as panoramic tours from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, lasting at most 2-3 hours. If panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits on the day and time scheduled, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible. - Waiting times at border crossings passed by road during the trip may exceed normal standards, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by these delays. - Extra tours are organized by the local supplier we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not be carried out, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop on the way. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For those participating in air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for all costs related to new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and transfer expenses in the destination area. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform you of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip acknowledging the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees. - The vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants in each tour.
