Tour Program

Day 1 Bursa – Kavala
On the first day of our trip, we depart from Bursa Nilüfer Migros at 17:30 to reach the İpsala border gate via Tekirdağ. After completing passport and customs procedures, we reach Kavala via Dedeağac, Gümülcine, and İskeçe.

Day 2 Kavala – Thessaloniki – Bitola (Manastir) – Resne – Ohrid
Upon arrival in Kavala, we stop for breakfast and to taste the famous Kavala cookies. After breakfast, we take a short photo break on the stunning Kavala beaches and head towards Thessaloniki. Upon arrival in Thessaloniki, we begin our panoramic city tour. During our panoramic city tour, we see the Kordon, White Tower, Rotunda, Fair, Thessaloniki Fortress, Ottoman and Byzantine artifacts. After visiting the Church of Aya Dimitros, the largest church in Greece, and the home of our Ulu Önder Atatürk, currently located in the garden of the Turkish Consulate, we head to Bitola. After arrival, we will see Shirok Street, Bedesten, Isak Mosque, New Mosque, and experience the most emotional moments at the Military Academy where Atatürk graduated. After visiting Bitola, we arrive in Ohrid via Resne, the hometown of Resneli Niyazi. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Ohrid – Sveti Naum – Tetova (Kalkandelen) – Skopje
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off to cross the Mavrovo mountains towards Ohrid, a Mediterranean town in the Balkans. We start our city tour at the Port Square in Ohrid, and as we walk through the historical Ottoman houses where the series Elveda Rumeli was filmed, we will see historical Ottoman houses, the Church of Aya Sofia, and conclude our tour with a presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, which is the symbol of the city. Those who wish can participate in the boat activity organized by our guide on Ohrid Lake. (15EUR) After our tour, we proceed to St. Naum, the birthplace of Ohrid Lake, which offers spectacular views. After the tour, we start our journey to the capital Skopje. On our way, we visit Tetova (Kalkandelen), the country's 3rd largest city with the highest Albanian population. We visit the Alaca Mosque and Imaret, founded by the two sisters. This city, where two different cultures are separated by the famous Vardar River, is where we start our tour with the Macedonian side, which can be called the land of statues. First, we will see the giant statue of Alexander the Great, and then cross the Historical Skopje Stone Bridge over the Vardar River to experience how cultures change immediately when we pass to the Turkish Bazaar, one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottomans in the Balkans. We will start our bazaar tour by mentioning the statues at the entrance to the bazaar, followed by the historical Davut Pasha Hamam, and the Kapan Han, one of the most important structures of the Ottoman bazaar organization, and the Murad Pasha Mosque which survived against earthquakes. After our visits, there will be an hour of free time for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar. You can shop for Shushka pepper, ustrumca peanuts, and chariks among our available choices. At the end of the tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. After that, a local dinner will be held with traditional food and music at the place determined by the guide. (Included in the price!!!). Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4   Skopje – Prizren – Shkodra or Podgorica
After breakfast at the hotel, we will perform the Matka Canyon Tour, known for its unique beauty (Included in the price !!!). Then we set off for the capital of Kosovo, Pristina. After crossing the Kosovo border, we will have a panoramic passage of Pristina along with the Kosovo Plain, where the Kosovo War took place, and visit the Tomb of II. Sultan Murat Hüdavendigar. We then continue to Prizren, the city with the highest Turkish population in the country, and do a city tour in Prizren. During our panoramic tour in Prizren, we will see the 17th-century Turkish Bath, Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Castle.After our visits, we will have free time for lunch. After gathering, we will enter Albania and head to Podgorica. After passing through Shkodra, we continue our journey to one of the youngest states in Europe, Montenegro. After crossing the border, we will reach our accommodation point. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 Podgorica - Budva – Kotor – Dubrovnik – Trebinje or Surroundings
After breakfast, our first stop will be a panoramic view of St. Stefan, which was once a fishing village and is now a vacation spot for the Jet Set, after being expropriated and sold to a multimillionaire from Singapore. (Depending on vehicle park availability) We proceed along the stunning coastal roads of the Adriatic and reach Kotor, located in the Bay of Kotor with a panoramic transition. In Kotor, we will visit Old Town, St. Tripun Church, St. Nicholas Church, and the historic Clock Tower. After our Kotor visit, in the afternoon, we enter Croatia, which is known for its close ties to Italian-Mediterranean culture due to its geography by the Adriatic Sea. We will arrive in Dubrovnik, also known as Ragusa, after a scenic and short journey.} This beautiful city once served as one of the oldest trade ports on the Adriatic and has a stunning blend of history and nature due to its Italian architectural influence from long years under Venice. We start our city tour at the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town Square. We will see the City Walls and Towers, St. Vlah Church, Knez Palace, the famous poet Gundulic's Statue, historical Fountain, and 14th-century Pharmacy, among others. Following the tour, we will have free time to enjoy this beautiful city's magical atmosphere.
After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Accommodation in Trebinje or surroundings. (Depending on seasonality, the hotel city may change).

Day 6  Trebinje or (Neum) - Blagaj – Mostar – Sarajevo 
After breakfast, we set off for Mostar. Before arriving in Mostar, we will visit the Blagaj Tekke (Included in the price !!!). Upon reaching Mostar, we will first see the Mostar Bridge. (A masterpiece of Ottoman architecture, designed by Architect Hayreddin and built in 1557. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery in the war in 1992 but was rebuilt in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey.). Next, we will explore the old town market. You will have free time for shopping in the local markets of Mostar. Afterward, we will proceed to Sarajevo. After arrival, we conduct a panoramic city tour in Sarajevo, which has served as the cultural capital of the Balkans for centuries and was the site of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary, which kicked off World War I in 1914, suffering considerable devastation during the war from 1992 to 1995, but still largely retaining its beauty. We will visit Baščaršija, the most remarkable market in Europe. During this tour, we will begin at the Sebilj Fountain, which has become a symbol of the market, and visit Morica Han, which is one of the city's most authentic spots. Following that, we will explore the Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman, then we will visit the Clock Tower, which has become a ritual, and the meeting point of cultures, where you'll find the Flame That Never Dies monument. Afterward, we will have free time, and guests can take photos at the Latin Bridge, where World War One broke out, during their free time. After the tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel.

Later, at a local restaurant determined by the guide, we will have a Bosnian Meatballs dinner (Included in the price!!!). Accommodation in our hotel in Sarajevo.

Day 7 Sarajevo – Belgrade
After breakfast, we set off for Belgrade. Before our journey, we will perform the Vrelo Bosna tour, which is a national park that is the water source of Sarajevo, located at the foot of Mount Igman (Included in the Price!!!). After our journey, we commence our urban tour in Belgrade, which symbolizes liveliness and vibrancy, while being one of Europe’s oldest cities. We start with Knez Mihailova Street, the most elegant street in the city. Then we visit the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was injured but it was Kanuni Sultan Süleyman who conquered it. Inside the fortress, we will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, Military Museum, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, Sokullu Fountain and the terrace area where we will see the most beautiful view of where the Sava and Danube rivers merge. Guests will also have the opportunity to partake in the optional Danube and Sava River boat activity organized by our guide. (20 EUR) After our tour, free time will be provided. Accommodation at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 8 Belgrade – Sofia
After breakfast, we set out for Sofia. Upon arrival, we commence our panoramic city tour of Sofia, where we will see the largest church in the Balkans, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the National Library, Sofia University, the Old Royal Palace, the National Theatre in Neo-Classical architecture, the Archaeological Museum, the Old Sofia – Syndicate city, and the Rotunda Church. We will have a panoramic view and photo break at the Sofia Statue near the Parliament building, and then visit the Banya Bashi Mosque, which is the symbol of the city. After our visits and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Later, at a place determined by the guide, traditional Bulgarian dishes and music will be offered during the Bulgarian Night. (Included in the price!!!)Accommodation in our hotel in Sofia.

Need to Know
- Our guests participating in the tour are required to have a Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa valid for the entire duration of the tour. (Holders of Green Passports are exempt from visa requirements.)
- During the tour, in order to be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program, it is sufficient to have Euros with us. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a daily rotation (seat change) system is applied in seating arrangements, and no fixed seat or front-seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.

- When entering Turkey from abroad, in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.), a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
- Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons , Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne) , Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne) , Perfume: 600 ml , Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items , Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg ,Coffee: 1 kg ,Tea: 1 kg 
- During the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program, provided that they show every place stated in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour. If there are fewer than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted together with the participant's cancellation request are not accepted for the cancellation of the hotel and services to be used outside Turkey.

The minimum participation requirement for our tour program is 25 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası.

-In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before departure.
-During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 15 days before the tour departure date
- 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants in the tour are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.

-Breakfasts included in the tour program services are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, permission not being granted to visit or enter, or any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

During travel, waiting times at border gates crossed by road may exceed the standard, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from these waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by the local Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra excursion prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- For those participating in tours with flights, the required check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airlines' websites.

- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability of persons who are not present at the airport at the times notified by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, to take the flight. The new round-trip plane tickets required for persons who miss the plane to join the tour and all expenses related to their transfers in the destination region are their responsibility.

Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport services fees.
