Day 1  Istanbul – Bucharest
On the first day of our trip, we will depart at 19:30 from Kadıköy Marriage Office, 20:30 from Mecidiyeköy in front of Oto Ekspertiz, 21:30 from İncirli Ömür Plaza, and at 22:00 from Beylikdüzü Marmara Park Front, heading towards Edirne, and then arrive at the Kapıkule border gate. After completing passport and customs procedures, we will cross through Bulgaria and arrive in Bucharest in the early hours of the morning.

Day 2 Bucharest
After arriving in the morning, we move towards the city center, often referred to as the Little Paris of BUCURESTI. BUCURESTI is a beautiful city with a population of approximately 2.5 million located on the Dimbovita branch of the Danube River. In addition to historical monuments, its wide boulevards, streets, and squares also convey a modern face. Some of the attractions we will see on our panoramic city tour include the Central Republic Square, the Romanian National Library with its columned façade, the Arch of Triumph, Bucharest University Building, National Theater, the Palace of Parliament built by Ceausescu, the Royal Palace, the Cretulescu Church, and the St. Stavropoleos Church.
After the tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel. Guests who wish may join the extra organized Village Museum tour where Romania's village values are showcased. (20 EUR) Guests who wish may also participate in the extra organized Romanian Night tour. (60 EUR)
Breakfast: This will be taken extra at a rest area on the way to Bucharest.
Lunch: This will be taken extra during free time in Bucharest.
Dinner: Extra regional dishes and music will be provided at a place determined by the guide during the Romanian Night.

Day 3  Bucharest (Bucharest- Sinaia - Bran - Brasov – Bucharest)
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Transylvania-Dracula Castle (Sinaia-Bran-Brașov) tour. (55 EUR) (Castle entrance fees are not included.) We head towards Transylvania, an important region of Romania. We will see well-preserved medieval towns. In Sinaia, we will visit Peles Castle, one of the most beautiful castles in Europe. Then we will see Bran Castle in Bran and travel to Brașov. We will walk through the old streets of the city that still preserves its medieval appearance and panoramically see Piata Sfatului, the Brașov History Museum, the Black Church, and the city walls. After the tour, we will return to Bucharest. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Lunch: This will be taken extra during free time in Bran at the town center.- You can taste all local flavors. Guide Recommendation: Rooster Soup, Macara Dessert

Day 4 Bucharest-Veliko Tarnovo– Istanbul
After having our breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of our rooms, and with the vehicles departing from the hotel, we will head to Istanbul. Along the way, we will make a panoramic tour of Veliko Tarnovo, known for its historical fabric and situated on four hills along the Yantra River valley, the former capital of Bulgaria, and give free time. We will proceed to Istanbul through the Kapıkule border gate.
Breakfast: This will be taken as a buffet at the hotel and is included in the tour fee.
Lunch: This will be taken during free time in Veliko Tarnovo.
Dinner: This will be covered at a facility on the Edirne – Istanbul highway.

Need to Know
- Our guests participating in the tour must have a valid Multi (Multiple-Entry) Schengen visa or at least a two-entry Romanian visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Holders of a Green Passport are exempt from visa requirements.) - To make purchases and spend money in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have euros. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening. - When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Free shop purchase limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skincare products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg - Depending on weather and road conditions, guides may make changes to the program flow, provided that all places specified in the program are visited. - Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If there are fewer than 30 days remaining until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or fewer remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the cancellation request, such as hospital reports, work leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellation of services and hotel stays outside Turkey. - Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. The cancellation of a tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated by Viyatravel. - If the tour program provides only category information without specifying a hotel name and/or offers alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the stated distances. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the departure date of the tour. - Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the room and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and in the applicable age group. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally limited continental breakfasts consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, conducted as panoramic tours with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible if such panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be carried out on the specified day and time due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closed roads because of events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted. - Waiting times at border crossings passed by road during the journey may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by the local provider we work with and require at least 20 participants. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open/closed and on weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For those participating in tours with flights, the required check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss the flight will be responsible for all costs related to new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area required to join the tour. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and times may change before or during the trip and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants.
