Day 1: Istanbul – Barcelona

Meet at 08:00 in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport’s International Terminal. After ticket and passport procedures, we depart for Barcelona on Turkish Airlines flight TK1467 at 11:45. Following our arrival in Barcelona at 14:30 local time, we will take our panoramic Barcelona city tour. During the tour, we gain our first impressions of Barcelona by seeing the city’s general layout and important points from the vehicle. Among the places to be seen panoramically are Plaça d’Espanya, Montjuïc Hill and the Olympic Stadium, the coastline, and the Barcelona area. Free time until the hour to be determined by our guide. On our tour, we inspect the Sagrada Família Basilica, Gaudí’s masterpiece, from the outside and receive information from our guide about its construction process and unique architecture. We learn detailed information about modernist structures such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera on Passeig de Gràcia. During our walk in the Gothic Quarter, we discover Barcelona Cathedral, historic narrow streets, and the medieval atmosphere. Plaça de Catalunya, accepted as the heart of the city, and La Rambla Street, famous for its lively atmosphere, are among the important stops of our tour. In addition, with short breaks at Columbus Monument and the coastal area, we experience Barcelona’s history and culture more closely.

Day 2: Barcelona

We begin our tour with Girona, one of the richest cities in the region, built on the banks of the Onyar River and at first glance reminiscent of Florence. With its narrow streets, historic texture, and magnificent cathedral, Girona is a charming medieval city worth seeing; it is also known as the city where the filming of the movie Perfume took place. On our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, the Houses with Mezuzahs, the Jewish Quarter, La Rambla, and famous shops. After free time, we head to Figueras City accompanied by the impressive views of the Pyrenees Mountains. The town has an impressive atmosphere that inspired the world-admired and boundary-breaking painter Salvador Dalí throughout his life. Here, we visit the museum-house decorated by the famous surrealist painter Salvador Dalí with his own hands. In this special museum, where each work is worth millions of dollars, we explore the collection featuring the artist’s immortal love Gala and his extraordinary, mind-bending works. After our visit, transfer to our hotel.

Day 3: Barcelona – Valencia 

After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Valencia. Guests who wish may join the Tarragona & Sitges Tour to be held along the way. After our arrival in Valencia, we begin our panoramic city tour. Valencia, the 3rd largest city in Spain by population, also has the country’s largest port. In this city, which brings together the old and the new, both historical structures and modern architecture coexist. During our panoramic city tour, the City Hall, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Historic Market Mercado Central, and the Old Silk Exchange are among the places to be seen. On this tour, we discover two important cities of Catalonia with very different characters. Our first stop is Tarragona; with its ancient theater from the Roman Empire period, aqueducts, and historic walls, it offers visitors a true open-air museum. In this city, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, you will feel the traces of the past step by step. Our second stop is Sitges. With its whitewashed houses lining the coast, art galleries, boutique cafés, and Mediterranean lifestyle, Sitges stands out, and we provide a short walk and free time. Guests who wish may enjoy the sea. After our tour, we head to our hotel in Valencia.

Day 4: Valencia – Granada

After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Granada. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Granada city tour. During our tour, Gran Vía Street, Bib Rambla Square, City Hall Square, Granada Cathedral (from the outside), Granada’s first university Madraza, the Silk Bazaar, and the old Nasrid Caravanserai are among the places to be seen. After our city tour, we settle into our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Sacromonte Gypsy Quarter and Albaicín Tour, which will be arranged as an extra. Overnight at our hotel.

After the enjoyable walk we will take in Albaicín, the old Muslim district listed on the Spain Cultural Heritage List and under protection, we watch the impressive Gypsy Show held in caves prepared entirely by hand, accompanied by drinks, and have the opportunity to get to know their traditional lifestyle more closely. Day 5: Granada – Cordoba – Seville

After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Seville. Guests who wish may join the Alhambra Palace & Generalife Gardens Tour, organized as an extra, and the Cordoba Tour conducted along the way. When we arrive in Seville, the 4th largest city in Spain, the capital of the Andalusia Region and in the past one of the most important centers of colonial trade, we take our panoramic city tour. During our tour, Spain Square (Plaza de España), the Golden Tower (Torre del Oro), the Convent of the Sisters of Paula, and Maria Luisa Park, famous for its pools and gardens, along with Santa Cruz Square are among the places to be seen. After approximately a 1.5-hour journey, we arrive in Cordoba, the capital of the region during the Andalusian and Roman Empire periods.

Upon arriving in the city, the Guadalquivir River greets us first. Walking over the historic Roman Bridge, we enter the city through the Roman Gate. Accompanied by our guide, we visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba, one of the most magnificent structures of this ancient city of approximately 2,000 years and one of the largest mosques in the world, built on 850 columns; as we closely discover the grandeur of this unique work, we receive impressive information about its history. After our visit to the Cordoba Mosque, we turn our route toward the historic streets. Along the way, Cordoba’s flower-decorated streets, historic inns reflecting the finest examples of Andalusian architecture, and traditional Cordoba houses accompany us.

Day 6: Seville – Madrid 

After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Madrid.

Following our arrival, we take our panoramic Madrid city tour. During our tour, Paseo de la Castellana, reflecting Madrid’s modern face, the Torres Kio Twin Towers, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the city’s most important sports temple, Las Ventas Bullring, and the Madrid Río area around the Manzanares River are among the places to be seen panoramically.

On this tour, we closely discover Madrid’s most important symbols by taking pleasant walks in the city’s historical and cultural center. We stop for photos in Plaza de España, famous for the Cervantes and Don Quixote statues, and see the magnificent Royal Palace from the outside. Then, we stroll through Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, considered the heart of the city. Walking along Gran Vía, we feel the city’s impressive architecture and lively atmosphere, and we take a short break in front of Cibeles Square and its famous fountain. Afterward, we take a pleasant walk in Retiro Park, and during the tour we also receive information from our guide about the Prado Museum. Day 7: Madrid

Toledo is a true open-air museum and Spain’s former capital, and one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The country’s most imposing cathedral hosts works by world-famous painters and has become comparable to some of the world’s most renowned museums.

Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has managed to preserve its historical texture from the 16th century to the present day. With its structures bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, its narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascene shops, and famous cathedral, it is a true historical and cultural treasure. Another tradition in Toledo is the production of almond paste (Mazapán), which has survived from the period when the Arabs conquered the city. A visit to Toledo would not be complete without tasting this unique flavor that leaves a lasting impression on the palate. After the enjoyable walk we will take in the Jewish Quarter, we head to our hotel in Madrid.


Day 8: Madrid – Istanbul 

After breakfast in the morning, free time until our flight time. Guests who wish may join the Las Rozas Village Outlet Tour, organized as an extra. After our tour, transfer to the airport. We depart for Istanbul at 18:00 with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight TK1860. After our arrival in Istanbul at 23:20 local time, our tour ends.
