IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date by the agency is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • If only category information is provided in the tour program without naming a hotel and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the stated km distances or in a different city. In such cases, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before departure.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized to introduce the cities in general and are conducted only as panoramic tours with commentary from the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site admissions, lasting at most 2-3 hours. Fly Express is not responsible if these tours, as well as the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, events, closed roads, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed, if possible.
  • Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable, rollaway, or coach beds, participants making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the room and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided in hotels for children aged 0-2.
  • Meals included in the tour program such as hotel breakfasts are generally served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are usually offered as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
  • Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. The updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.
  • Before purchasing domestic flights, the tour flight times must be confirmed. If a guest purchased a domestic connecting flight from a provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the agency or the flight time changes. The guest accepts in advance all material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this.
  • In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
  • Guests joining the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will arrange all transfers themselves.
  • Fly Express is not responsible for guests who fail to be present at the airport at the times specified in accordance with airline rules, or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but are unable to board the aircraft. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for obtaining new round-trip tickets and all expenses related to transfers in the destination area in order to join the tour.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs; Fly Express is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
  • In cases such as illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.
  • It is mandatory that the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport be provided correctly at the time of purchase of the tour. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalties arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • On some airlines, meals and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
  • Seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • The times announced by our guide during the tour are departure times, the time for the wheels of the vehicle to start moving. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all our guests, will depart the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In such a case, a late guest must arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, tours may not be operated, or the extra tour price, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • On classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • In programs where extra tours are included, museum and archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to the guide during the tour.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

  • T.C. citizens are subject to visa requirements. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” list must be submitted.
  • The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made.
  • Holders of green passports do not need a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel is sufficient.
  • The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than a Turkish Republic passport must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed and, if the relevant country requires visas for Turkish citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • For guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, police officers at entry and exit may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents. We recommend that guests under 18 and their parents take this issue seriously.
