For additional services purchased outside the tour: an inbound connection flight purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest; if visa services and travel health insurance have been used for a visa application made on the guest’s behalf, these services cannot be refunded because they will have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connection flight from a different supplier independently of the Agency, no refund can be requested from the Agency in the event that the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the Agency has the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will cover only the outbound and return airport transfers abroad. Cancellation and Changes 4- On our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the costs of these flight tickets, which are non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable, will be charged as a penalty. 5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets paid to and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. If there are 31 days or less remaining until the start date of the tour, cancellation can be made by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour price after the flight ticket cost; if there are 15 days or less remaining until the start date of the tour, cancellation can be made by paying the full tour price as a penalty. If cancellation is requested, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connection flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, prior information must be obtained regarding their refund status. The Agency cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation and refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Optional Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted. 8- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours according to the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies in cases of changes in flight times. 9- For tours conducted by speedboat, the following should be noted: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and large amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guide. 10- If participation is not made in the tour or meal services included in the price, there is no refund. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of possible changes/cancellation in flight times. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- For those participating in flight-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s website. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. Guests must follow this information themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible if guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline rules, or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete them on time but do not board the plane, are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, etc., required for missed flights in order for such guests to join the tour, shall be borne by them. 18- In general, the baggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class): after the tickets are issued, upgrades may be made depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you are enrolled). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradable class. 20- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to an additional fee. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In this case, the Agency’s cancellation conditions shall apply. 22- Where the hotel(s) are not specified by name in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or alternative options are offered for the same destination, the guest will be informed by the Agency 48 hours before departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther away than the stated locations or distances. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/declare correctly the name as shown on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company your line is registered with. 26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort is made to ensure that the allocated rooms match the guest’s preferences, depending on the hotel’s availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. 29- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of two separate beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room type. 31- Any extra bed or crib is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for an extra bed or crib in the room is 1 at most. 33- In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldable or coach beds. Guests acknowledge that in triple rooms and/or reservations with children, the additional beds added to the standard room may cause crowding in the rooms and that they accept the bed type. 34- If the number of children and their ages stated by guests for hotel reservations with adults are incorrectly declared, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to a single child in the age group eligible for staying with 2 adults. 36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests or some extra services obtained at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra charge by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied are collected by the hotel from the guest at check-in or check-out. 38- Distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and similar conditions. 39- In mandatory circumstances or when deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program. 40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of participants are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the item. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and medical reports with them. 42- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is an arrangement between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement. Visa and Passport 1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. 2- For customs crossings/border checkpoints, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages for entry and exit stamps. 3- Being visa-exempt or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that you will be allowed to enter or leave the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this; responsibility belongs to the traveler. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for the consequences. 5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways must be renewed in order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the traveler. 6- Since border police may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be attentive to this matter.
