After completing ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Lisbon on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1741 at 17:35. Upon arrival at 20:55 local time, we transfer to our hotel with our tour bus. Overnight stay at our hotel in Lisbon. Dinner: Will be extra at a place determined by the guide during free time. Accommodation: BB Lisbon Aeropuerto Hotel, BB Montijo Hotel, etc. in LIZBON. Route: Lisbon Check-In Time: Estimated 23:00 depending on the airport exit. Day 2 Lisbon After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin our tour in the capital and largest city of Portugal, located on the estuary formed by the Tejo River. After visiting the church section of Jeronimos Monastery, we will make a photo stop at Belem Tower by the Tejo river and the Monument to the Discoveries. We will also carry out a partial panoramic tour of the Alfama neighborhood, the oldest district of the city, which has suffered the least damage from the 1755 earthquake. On our way back to the hotel, we pass through Praça do Comercio, Baixa district, Rossio and Restauradores squares, stopping at Eduardo Park, overlooking Marques de Pombal square at the end of Liberdade street known for its stylish boutiques. After completing our Lisbon city tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Lisbon. Breakfast: To be taken at our hotel and included in the tour fee. Day 3 Lisbon - Sintra - Cabo De Roca - Cascais - Estoril - Porto After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Porto. We head to the picturesque town of Sintra, known for its romantic atmosphere. We will visit the National Palace of Sintra, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. We will see the palace's fascinating beauty, which has been enlarged over centuries with interesting blends of Moorish, Gothic, Manueline, and Renaissance styles. There will be free time to explore the beautiful souvenir shops that sell Portuguese-style Azulejo tiles. We will then reach Cabo de Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, at 140 meters above sea level for a photo opportunity. We will also see the charming fishing harbor of Cascais as we continue along the coastal road to Porto, passing through Obidos, the city of queens, with its magnificent castle and beautifully cobbled streets. After exploring Obidos, we will continue to Porto. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel and overnight stay in Porto. Breakfast: To be taken at our hotel and included in the tour fee. Day 4 Porto City Tour - Braga Tour After having breakfast at our hotel, we set off for the Braga Tour, which is free for all our guests. We will see the "Bom Jesus Do Monte," one of the significant sacred sites in Braga, a magnificent structure with a zigzag architecture that is reached by 650 steps. Guests can also use the funicular. It is one of the finest examples of granite structures in Northern Portugal. Devout people climb these steps on their knees to reach the holy site on sacred days. After Braga, we return to Porto and conduct our Porto city tour. Our first stop will be the Queijo Fortress located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean after the Boavista district, known as a modern trade and business center. We will then pass through Foz district, where the Douro River meets the ocean, and continue toward Porto city center along the river shores. Our route will start from Carmo square, covering the historic bookstore Lello and Clerigos church, continuing to Aliados square. The tour will conclude with the exploration of Ribeira quarter, which is on the banks of the Douro River and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. After completing our Porto city tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Porto. Breakfast: To be taken at our hotel and included in the tour fee. Day 5 Porto - Aveiro - Fatima - Lisbon - Ankara After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin our return journey with our tour bus. Our first stop will be the city of Aveiro, known as the Venice of Portugal. Highlights of the Aveiro tour will include the canals flowing through the city, the Aveiro River Bridge, Aveiro University, the old train station, and Aveiro Cathedral. After a short free time, we will head to Fatima, one of the most important pilgrimage centers in the Christian world, which has roots in the Andalusian civilization. After a panoramic city tour in Fatima, we will go to Lisbon Airport for our return journey. After completing passport, baggage, and other procedures, we will fly back to Ankara on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1742 at 21:55. The following day, we will arrive in Ankara at 04:45 local time. Need to Know
- To be able to shop and spend money in all countries included in the tour program, it is sufficient to carry Euros. In regions where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan, etc. for the evening. - On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating plan, and fixed seats or front-row seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - To bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a stay of at least 3 days is required. - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages over 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic beverages under 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skincare products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg - The guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown. - Participants who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If there are fewer than 30 days remaining, a 30% penalty applies; if there are 20 days or fewer remaining, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports, employer leave documents, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted together with the cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellation of hotel and service bookings outside Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the departure date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated in kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the departure date of the tour. - Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child who falls within the relevant age group and stays with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country in question and are generally provided as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, they may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting no more than 2–3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted. - Waiting times at border crossings passed by road during the trip may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting periods. - Extra tours are organized by local suppliers we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For those joining tours by air, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is not responsible for those who do not arrive at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss the plane are responsible for all costs of new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination region required to join the tour. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Viyatravel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants.
