• To benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours of up to 2-3 hours that do not include museum or archaeological site entrances and are narrated by the guide from inside the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as such, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport, if their passport issue date is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline company. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstruction is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not join/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their unused visa together with their passport no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotels, the hotel makes the block according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be communicated and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must absolutely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is encountered because the travel insurance is not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası's control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to join the tours on the route, made in order to provide economy and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or conducted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. These information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, due to missing the group departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the airline seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from group class to economy class, which can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/call reception.
• Please make sure that you have taken all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
