• In extra tours, in order to benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the region or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• When only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change of extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km's. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours carried out with guide commentary from the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or historical site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be done because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible, in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport, if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are normally obtained within 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, no refund will be made for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. No guarantee can be given for 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms, and if such a room is available in the hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to report and enter into the system the first name, surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests in the event of a penalty due to not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for one/other countries or inability to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours made on the route in order to provide economy and time benefits to the group accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on the weather, provided that the content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the plane seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calling/receiving calls.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you used during your trip and the hotels where you stayed, whether for a short time or permanently, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, children traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and children traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
