• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of optional tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In optional tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In optional tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service is also included. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested optional tour may change depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the failure to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels, etc. included in the program are offered for sale as specified. Availability at the hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for optional tours will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa end date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane lands, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These conditions were communicated at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if an appropriate room is available at the hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At reservation/registration, the first name-last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of a penalty due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is outside the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For the purpose of providing economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to join the tours made along the route accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, optional tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or undertaken for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the failure of these excursions or tours to take place.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if there is availability, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and change the ticket from group class to economy class, which can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/being called.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, whether for a short time or completely, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent from it.
