• Prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Things to pay attention to during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Things to pay attention to on our Desert Safari tour; bring sportswear and comfortable clothes, and a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal or drink too much water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of at least 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the season. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Since the hotels are sold as VB in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour in cases where category information is provided without naming the hotel and/or there are options for the same destination.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service is also included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours, narrated by the guide from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be held because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in closed-road areas or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destination countries. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• For extra tour purchases, since transactions are carried out in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have a passport issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight from Turkey may not be carried out by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in visa applications, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or for this situation that may prevent flight.
• Obtaining the documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa brokerage company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane lands, routes may vary. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if a suitable room is available in the hotel, the hotel makes the allocation according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname as it appears in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to air tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they are fined for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other country/countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economy and time benefits to the group accept to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on the weather, provided that the content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or traveled to for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip ticket is issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically voided. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and convert the ticket from group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if they travel with their mother, from their mother if they travel with their father, and from both parents if they travel with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be carried out due to the absence of consent.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
