IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• When only category information is given without naming the hotel in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the included guiding service in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther away than the stated km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said panoramic tours if local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Availability in hotels may change in high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are intended for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, as well as the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, these passports must be renewed, and if the destination country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that the guest proves with their passport that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. The type and time of the plane may change, and because hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been stated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if such a room exists in hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a fine for not having travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or leaving some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For the convenience of the group and to save time, guests who do not wish to join the tours made along the route accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for city promotion. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or traveled for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, because the group’s departure was missed, the first day’s program may be missed partially or completely; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so if availability exists on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and have the ticket upgraded from the group class to the economy class to which it can be upgraded. The price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs. 
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 
• While temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
