• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During Abu Dhabi tours, while visiting the mosque, the following should be observed: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed: wear sportswear and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink too much water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from advantageous sightseeing package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is below 20 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional crowding or the season. The guide's prices at the time of purchase will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where the tour program is handled as VB, or only category information is provided without a name, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• Since our package tours are for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have passports issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline company. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, those passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous spelling on the visa or for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• In the event that the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to consulates for the visa and similar charges, provided that they present their passport showing that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These conditions were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotels, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests in the event of a fine due to not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or not being able to enter through the border gate for another/other country or countries; since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası's control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted on the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to present the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or traveled to for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In such cases, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first-day program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and to upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/being called from abroad.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
