• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.

• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may change.
   

• Important points to note during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and for mosque visits a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Important points to note on our Desert Safari tour; wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation falls below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Due to the sale being processed as VB in the tour program, or in cases where only category information is given without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guidance service will also be included. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site प्रवेश fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the failure to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, if possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; no guarantee is given for a specific hotel name.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are processed in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Because our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be conveyed to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport; if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, after presenting their passport showing that the visa was not used, no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in itineraries depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and because hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations are notified at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, and if the hotels have a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other country/countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to benefit the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra visit is over. At the end of the visit, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Trips or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or attended for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of such trips or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In such a case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, because the group's departure was missed, the first day's program may be missed partially or completely; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and have the ticket moved from group class to economy class, which can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to outgoing/incoming international calls.
• While briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
