• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• The points to be considered during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours are: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear straps, mini skirts, tights, or shorts, and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves are required for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour are: Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals or drink too much water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of at least 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Due to the fact that the tour program is processed as VB, or when only category information is given without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be present at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tours are carried out in USD in the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied in the same way
• Since our package tours are for travel abroad, the guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all the items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport have a passport issuance date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid any issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the situation that may prevent flight.
• It normally takes 1 business day to obtain the documents needed for our passengers who will apply for a visa on their own (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.). Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The plane type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These conditions were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to plane tickets arising from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face any penalty because they did not have their travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter from the border gate for another/ several countries. Since this situation is beyond the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not want to join the tours conducted along the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the excursion ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and the excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or traveled to for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become void. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade process after their tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, the difference amount specified by the airline may need to be paid first, and the ticket may need to be upgraded from group class to upgradeable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• When briefly leaving or completely departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without disturbing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place because there is no consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
