• The prices of the extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the points to pay attention to during the mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the points to pay attention to are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, lower back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the season. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where hotel(s) are offered as VB in the tour program, or only category information is provided without naming the hotel and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet in the destination to be visited, and the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund/cancellation status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be done because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantee is not given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• Because our package tours are for international travel, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a green passport of the Republic of Turkey, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent boarding as a result.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotel, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is encountered because the travel insurance is not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or to enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or undertaken for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. The airline company’s rules apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain the new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket, if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only complete the upgrade if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company, and the ticket may need to be moved from group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/call reception.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you used during your trip for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without disturbing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under the age of 18 are traveling with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third person, they must obtain consent from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
