IMPORTANT NOTES

• In extra tours, in order to benefit from advantageous tour package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour price may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance for extra tour cancellations or changes. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or historical site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time coinciding with the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels in the program are offered for sale as specified. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests who will travel with the Republic of Turkey green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and any situation that may prevent flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotel, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes of air tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours carried out on the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra visit is over. When the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided that the content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to present the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because they missed the group departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade transactions if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the plane seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls. 
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you used during your trip for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
