• Prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Important points to consider during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; and for mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Important points to consider on our Desert Safari tour: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat heavy meals before the tour and do not drink too much water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where the tour program is arranged as VB or only category information is provided without specifying the name, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination to be visited; the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and without museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided, and no hotel name guarantee is given.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions in the relevant destination for extra tour purchases are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• As our package tours are for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in visa applications, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, the procurement of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, after the guest proves with their passport that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms use an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotels, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether purchased from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they encounter such a penalty for not having their travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to or exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is beyond Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join the tours conducted on the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most appropriate alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient quorum is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not allowed to be visited or undertaken by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become void. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and have the ticket upgraded from group class to an upgradable economy class. The price difference that arises in this case is the guest's responsibility. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, whether for a short time or permanently, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
