INFORMATION - Participating guests must have a valid Multi-entry Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.) - For shopping and expenses in all countries included in the program, having euros is sufficient. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evenings. - A rotation seating plan is applied daily on our tours, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (for spirits over 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne); Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (for spirits under 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or skincare products: 5 items; Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg - Guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places mentioned in the program are still shown. - Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If there are fewer than 30 days remaining, a 30% penalty applies; if there are 20 days or fewer remaining, a 100% penalty applies. Documents submitted with the cancellation request, such as hospital reports or workplace leave documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be used outside Turkey. - Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - When the program provides only category information without specifying a hotel name and/or offers alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before departure. - Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-away and coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally continental breakfasts consisting of limited items such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, they may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are up to 2-3 hours long and are organized for the general introduction of the cities, with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include museum or site entry fees. If panoramic tours, as well as other tours in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visits, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where road closures or vehicle access restrictions apply. - Waiting times at border crossings passed by road during the trip may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes arising from such delays. - Extra tours are organized by the local service provider we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not be operated, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and sites at the destination are open or closed and on weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour ends. - For those joining tours by air, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delays, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes by purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants. The vehicle type below is assigned based on the number of people in each tour.
