INFORMATION: - During the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros for shopping and expenses in all countries included in the program. In areas where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - On our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied in the daily seating plan; no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, there must be a minimum stay of 3 days in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg - Depending on weather and road conditions, the guides may make changes to the program flow, provided that all places specified in the program are shown. - Registered guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If there are fewer than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, documents such as hospital reports, work leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted together with the cancellation request are not accepted for cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notice date is 20 days before the departure date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the departure date. - Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child of the relevant age group staying with 2 adults. - The breakfasts included in the services provided in the tour program are generally offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and are served with a limited menu, usually called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees, lasting at most 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled due to places not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to perform such tours. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted. - Waiting times at border gates crossed by road during the trip may exceed standard times; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative effects arising from these delays. - Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, excursions may not be carried out, or the extra tour price, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For those joining tours by air, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online on the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete them on time but do not board the plane. For those who miss the flight, all costs for new round-trip tickets required to join the tour and transfers in the destination area will be borne by them. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or the times of the trip and flight may change before departure. Viyatravel is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows.
