INFORMATION - For shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, having euros is sufficient. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - During the tour, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred. It would be advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating plan, and fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skincare products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places stated in the program are shown. - Registered guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports, work leave certificates, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without naming the hotel(s), and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther away than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Viyatravel will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or a child are deemed to have accepted the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and falling within the relevant age group. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally served as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of cities, conducted as panoramic tours with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, lasting at most 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours stated in the program, are not the responsibility of Viyatravel if they cannot be carried out on the day and time scheduled due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on visiting or entering, closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted. - Waiting times at border crossings during road travel may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by such delays. - Extra tours are organized by the local supplier we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, excursions may not be held, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional, not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For guests participating in tours with flights, the required check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed before the flight by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online on the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the actual tour and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform you of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. - The vehicle types used on our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants. The vehicle types below are assigned based on the number of people on each tour.
