- During the tour, to be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program, it is sufficient to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating arrangement, and fixed seats or front-row seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - To bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, you must have stayed at least 3 days. - When entering Turkey from abroad, the duty-free shopping limits are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks with more than 22% alcohol (excluding wine and champagne); Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks with less than 22% alcohol (including wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or skincare products: 5 items; Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg. - Tour guides may make changes to the itinerary flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, documents such as hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted with the cancellation request are not accepted for the cancellation of hotel and services to be used outside Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not reached for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is given without specifying a hotel name in the tour program and/or there are alternative hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure. - Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and within the applicable age group. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining hall allocated to the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to the cities and conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. If the panoramic tours, as well as other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the places cannot be visited or entered by local authorities on the relevant day and time, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted. - Waiting times at border gates crossed by road during the journey may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such delays. - Extra tours are organized by the local service provider used by Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For those joining tours by air, check-in and boarding are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online on the airline’s website. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. People who miss the flight must bear all costs themselves, including the new round-trip air tickets required to join the tour and all transfer expenses in the destination region. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delays, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. - The vehicle types used on our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants. The vehicle types listed below are assigned based on the number of people in each tour. These dimensions are set at 40x20x55 cm and 8 kg. - All guests are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions by purchasing the tour.
