- During the tour, having Euro is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan, etc. for the evening. - On our tours, daily seat rotation is applied in the seating plan, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required in order to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.). - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic liquor (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic liquor (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skincare products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg - Tour guides may change the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, while still showing all places listed in the program. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Unfortunately, documents such as hospital reports, work leave documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted with the cancellation request are not accepted for cancellation of hotels and services to be used outside Turkey. - Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be announced by Viyatravel. - If the tour program provides only category information without specifying a hotel name, and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure. - During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the indicated distances. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform you 15 days before the departure date. - Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, passengers making reservations for a third person and/or child are deemed to have acknowledged the possible cramped conditions and the bed type in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child within the applicable age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu, known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted with guide commentary from the bus, and excluding museum and historical site entrances. Viyatravel is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time planned due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, closed roads because of any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where road closures or vehicle access restrictions apply, if possible. - Waiting times at border crossings during road travel may exceed normal standards, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations arising from such delays. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel service providers with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional for participants and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed. - For passengers joining tours by air, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airlines’ websites. - Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for all costs required to join the tour, including new round-trip airline tickets and transfers in the destination region. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the trip and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to inform you of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees. - The vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows.
