• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the prices valid at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the points to pay attention to during the mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and should bring a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the points to pay attention to are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, and pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices on extra tours may change depending on the density of the region or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.
• Since in the tour program the process is carried out as VB, or when only category information is given without naming and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will be meeting at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and not including museum or historical site entries.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted, within available means, by public transport or on foot at locations where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability at hotels may vary in high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; hotel name guarantee is not given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are carried out in USD in the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, as well as the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to the consulates and similar amounts for the visa, provided that they submit their unused visa along with the passport no later than 1 week after the visa end date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the assistance of a different visa brokerage firm and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotel, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes of airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of such a penalty due to not carrying the travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other country or countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası's control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not want to participate in the tours made on the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be reached, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically voided. In such a case, the airline company rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item) by paying for it themselves. In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and to move the ticket from group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/receiving calls.
• While briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
