• The prices of the extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; and for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• During our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be observed: Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, waist, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• Due to the handling of the tour program as VB, or in cases where only category information is provided without stating a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, you must be at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status of the canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours of up to 2-3 hours conducted with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and historical site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, when roads on the route are closed due to any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as vb. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided, and no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are carried out in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• As our package tours are abroad-oriented, the guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the passport issue date is more than 10 years old, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in visa applications, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not join/is unable to join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may vary. The type and time of the plane may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel will place a block accordingly, depending on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police in the relevant country. If they face such a penalty because they do not have their travel insurance with them, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/multiple countries. Since this situation is outside the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For tours made on the route of travel in order to provide economy and time benefits to the group, our guests who do not want to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on the weather, provided that the content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. In case the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are from group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called, in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip, whether briefly or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
