• The prices of the extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient quorum is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During Abu Dhabi tours, the points to consider during the Mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• During our Desert Safari tour, the points to consider are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink large amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. During extra tours, the prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Due to the fact that processing in the tour program is carried out as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there is an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be ready at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The refund/cancellation status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated in km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees included.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program in cases where local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are overseas, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests travel with a Turkish green passport and their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any situation that may prevent the flight.
• The documents required for our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• No refund of visa fees or service fees will be made if the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, after the guest submits the passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees paid to the consulates and similar amounts for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were announced at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel makes a block according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for airline ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are absolutely required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of facing a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/one or more countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient quorum cannot be reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not allowed by local authorities to be visited or carried out for any reason will not be held. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or excursions.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as round-trip tickets. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such a case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their airline tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, the difference amount specified by the airline company may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be upgraded from group class to economy class, which can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to overseas calls/incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transport you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you take all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under the age of 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
