Red Sea Tours

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply.
• When the tour program provides only category information without naming hotels and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, our guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany guests during optional tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour for which cancellation is requested may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar periods, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may change during the high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style banknotes that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the guests’ responsibility.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no obligation or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect wording on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
• Obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first name and surname, date of birth and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets caused by incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, they must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this situation is outside Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties acknowledge that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on airport information boards/screens. Guests must monitor this information themselves. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets are issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline concerned. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, guests must check with their GSM operator whether their line is enabled for international calls and roaming in order to use their mobile phones abroad. 
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation used during your trip or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• In cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
