Red Sea Tours

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without naming specific hotels and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, our guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund conditions of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized to provide a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as stated, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• At the time of booking, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program stated and the general conditions and obligations set out below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline may not allow them to fly from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the guests’ responsibility.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for circumstances that may prevent boarding.
• Obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas, such as hotel confirmation and flight tickets, normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and because hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During booking/registration, the first and last name as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight-ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether or not our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If guests incur such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border crossing. Since this matter is outside Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties acknowledge that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative available. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and a single round-trip ticket is issued. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline’s rules apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals concerned. If the flight is missed because of such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain a new ticket themselves (according to the previous item, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, because they missed the group’s departure, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming so that you can use your mobile phones abroad. 
• When leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or completely, during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when it deems necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place because the letter of consent is missing.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
