• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following rules must be observed: men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following should be noted: wear sportswear and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional crowding or the period. On extra tours, the prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Due to the fact that the hotel(s) in the tour program are processed as VB or only category information is provided without a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out when, on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, the places to be visited are closed by local authorities, the roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, if possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; a guarantee of a specific hotel name is not given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• As the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are international, the guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Republic of Türkiye green passport must renew their passport if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Türkiye by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the country applies a visa for Republic of Türkiye citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, after the guest proves with the passport that the visa was not used within at most 1 week from the visa expiry date, they may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of another visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible that the aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available in the hotels, a blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for cancellation or changes of flight tickets caused by incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether procured from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must absolutely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests in case they are fined for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/other country or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is outside Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route, for the sake of economy and time benefit to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a round-trip single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline in question. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Türkiye, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• When leaving the means of transportation used during your trip for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
