• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, for extra tours, the current prices at the time of purchase apply.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient attendance is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.

 

• In Abu Dhabi tours, the points to be considered during the mosque visit are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the points to be considered are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their conditions.
• To benefit from advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. On extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Since processing in the tour program is carried out as VB, or where only category information is provided without naming and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the distances specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, without museum or site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time coinciding with the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible for the tour to be carried out. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at locations where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passport if the issuance date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is in an intermediary position between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information written on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be traveled with, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must absolutely have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests in case they face the relevant fine for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another country/countries or not being able to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not want to join tours made along the route in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for introducing the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not reached, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. These must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because the group has missed the outbound journey, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if there is availability, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and have the ticket moved from group class to upgradeable economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for outgoing/incoming international calls.
• While briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
