IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour price may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• The price of extra tours may change depending on local demand or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or there are optional alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the stated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and last at most 2-3 hours, without museum or archaeological site entrances, and are conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program when the attractions are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for travel abroad, the guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the passport issuance date is older than 10 years, their passports must be renewed. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights from Turkey may not be operated by the airline company. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The validity period of guests’ passports must be at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only serves as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport and prove that the visa was unused within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. It is possible for the plane type and time to change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations are notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel blocks it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the full name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For tours on the route intended to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to join agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or made for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such a case, the airline’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, since the group’s departure is missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can do so only if, after their tickets are issued, there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to be able to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you used during your trip or the hotels where you stayed, whether briefly or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without changing the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
