• To benefit from the package prices of Advantageous Tour in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without mentioning hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours of up to 2-3 hours, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances, with guide narration from inside the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be held because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels, etc. included in the program are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport must renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and the situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the documents they need (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are normally provided within 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own means and/or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. 3-person rooms include an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether they obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they are penalized for not having their travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa or enter from the border gate for another country or multiple countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to join tours conducted on the route in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically burn. In such a case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event that a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their air tickets with miles may only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and change the ticket from group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference that arises in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls.
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, whether for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their father if they travel with their mother, from their mother if they travel with their father, and from both their mother and father if they travel with a third party. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
