• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be done by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on the density of the region or the season. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without a hotel name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km ranges. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out on the day and time they coincide with the tour, due to local authorities closing the places to be visited, roads along the route being closed because of any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise based on the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport; if the passport issue date is older than 10 years, the passport must be renewed. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be flown from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The validity period of guests' passports must be at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only undertakes the role of intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for this situation potentially preventing the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department, and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to the consulates for the visa and similar charges, provided that they submit proof with their passport that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they encounter a penalty because they do not have the travel insurance with them, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for another/other country(ies) or to enter through a border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or traveled to for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and the departure and return are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/incoming calls.
• During your trip, when briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you used and the hotels you stayed at, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 who travel with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
