IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional density or the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or there are optional choices for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and are at most 2-3 hours long, made panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be held due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• Our tour programs include guide meet-and-greet at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests together with the general terms and obligations below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa and for any situation that may prevent boarding.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been reported at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room is available in the hotels, the hotel makes the allocation according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname as on the passport to be traveled with, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes of airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must absolutely have an overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a penalty because they do not have their travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or not being able to enter at the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For tours made on the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or undertaken by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, since the group has missed its departure, they may partially or completely miss the first-day program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the airline seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and convert the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls. 
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the lack of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
