IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are operated with a minimum of 10 participants. If there are fewer than 10 participants, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• Depending on the density of the region or the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination you will go to; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km's. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with guide narration inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to operate the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, the guest must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests together with the general conditions and obligations available below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport obtained their passport more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the correctness of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent boarding.
• The documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to the consulates for the visa and similar amounts, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in routes. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel makes the allocation according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be traveled with, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to plane tickets arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of such a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, it is accepted by the parties that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• In order for the visit to provide economic and time benefit to the group, our guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted on the route accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days as long as the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In this case, the rules of the airline company apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missed flights due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket themselves by paying for it (and, if necessary according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, because they missed the group's departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they go to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the plane seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if there is availability, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference that will arise in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/call reception. 
• When leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, whether for a short time or completely during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without disturbing the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be operated due to lack of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent from it.
